Its all in the thumb, stress less.

So in these far from old normal times, it's easy to open up a world of anxiety with just your thumb…scrolling through social media pages can fix your attention where you actually don't need it.

Yet we are inquisitive creatures at the best of times, so having worlds of information right in front of our eyes makes it easy.

Your unconscious will search for what you're worried about without you consciously knowing, as it wants to look after us; that's one of the unconscious mind's prime concerns… you start to notice that you're stressing over things that don't usually bother you….. then notice more and more the things that you don't like…. then you notice more negative media … then you struggle to sleep… then you struggle to maintain your temper… then you struggle with work… then you go to the doctors…. then you're off work….

So imagine now, for a second, that your thumb scrolls past the negative, and you start actively looking for the good news - the positive comments. Then you start not worrying about the normal stuff…. then you don't struggle to maintain your anger…. then you don't struggle to sleep…. then you don't go to the doctors….. then you don't struggle with work...

The power of the thumb...
